Incoming passengers

Passengers and greeters should bear in mind that all times shown on the airport website in the “Online Flight Board” and “Schedule” sections are in local time (MSK+4).

At Gorno-Altaysk Airport, a dedicated arrivals terminal serves passengers arriving on domestic flights.

The arrivals terminal features a baggage carousel, a separate belt for oversized items and a Lost & Found service for tracing baggage.

The flight number for baggage delivery is displayed on screens in the arrivals hall and above the baggage carousel. Free baggage trolleys are available next to the baggage carousel near the exit of the terminal.

Collect your baggage from the carousel and check that it is not damaged. Do not discard your baggage tags until you have received your baggage and have seen that it is not damaged.

If your baggage has not arrived in the baggage claim area or if it is damaged, please contact the baggage tracing desk, where staff will advise you and help you file a tracking request.
